First off if you watched the video.. I am sorry! I said the word “accountable” like 10 times!! If you have any other questions, just leave a comment below
In all seriousness.. These 3 things are actually life saver.
El Food Scale
The only way you are going to be able to accurately making sure you are hitting your macros/total calorie goal is to make sure you are weighing out your food. If you are not then you are just guessing.. and that does not get results.. Trust me I have been there.
Once you have a good grasp on portion control, you can move into “eye balling” your weights and portions but for a beginner (especially if weight loss is the goal) you want to make sure you are weighting out your foods. Generally people want quick results when it comes to weight loss.
If your calorie count is at 2,000 and you are supposed to be closer to 1,600.. you are are going to have a little more trouble dropping lbs initially.

I have been doing meal prep far before I started keto.. Having pre-made meals is literally one of the best life savers when it comes to NOT spoiling your diet… regardless of which particular diet you are following..
Honestly most of us fail on our diets because we are not prepared.. if you can incorporate a little preparation into your keto life it will go a long way and stop you from falling down.

I did a really bad job explaining magnesium in the video but it literally is the one of the most important things you can take when on Keto.
If this is the first time you have heard anyone say this , just take my advice now, if you don’t…
…You will on google looking for weird symptoms from the ketogenic diet and most will revery back to magnesium.
I have more information on the importance of magnesium in this article and some of the common symptoms if you are lacking
This is the Magnesium I am currently using but most any will be just fine
